Many complaints have been made in the media to the effect that if not for any ulterior motive, why was CP Felix Uyanna the only State Police Commissioner retained in his place of posting at as 31st March 2011. The IGP Hafiz Ringim gave the impression that he took the State Governors unaware by reassigning all the 36 (instead saying 35) State Police Commissioners two days to the botched April 2 National Assembly polls.
