First Love Foundation Salutes Speaker

 …Calls for assistance

A non-denominational, non-profit making organization, First Love Foundation, recently paid a courtesy call to the Speaker Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Anietie Etuk.

In an address presented by Hon. Justice Charles Ikpe, President of the organization, congratulated the Speaker on his recent  elevation as the speaker Akwa  Ibom State  House  of Assembly.

Hon Ikpe stated that Gods ways were not mans and Gods divine calculation never subjected to human understanding. He stressed that the organization sincerely believe in the ordained biblical truth that promotion comes neither from the east , nor the west but from the Lord. For this he maintain  the organization fully associated itself with the divine exercise believing that  his elevation  to speaker Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly was a call to a greater service  unto humanity and prayed that God should grant him the wisdom and grace to do the plan of God for Akwa Ibom State. Hon Ikpe, stated that First Love Foundation is a non denominational, non profit making Christian organization with a Godly commission to use the word of God to address con temporary human problems. He stressed that the organization have a strong conviction that with the aid of prayers and the application of right biblical principles no socio economic or political problem would remain unsolved in our world. Speaking further the Hon Justice emphasized that one important vehicle of passing this message of hope to our state and nation through its transformation conference which its 7^th edition comes up on Friday 30^th July, 2010 at the Ibom Hall Uyo. He therefore call on all Nigerians and particularly indigenes of this great state to this transformation conference to scorn teaching that will inspire, motivate, encourage and provide direction for a better Nigeria. The president stated that this year edition is special as Nigeria clocks 50 years come October, 2010, the organization have taken a giant lead of mobilizing the people for a new believe system in our country Nigeria. With the theme “Awakening the Spirit of Patriotism” with a key note address to be presented by a renowned supreme court justice and number two member in the National Judiciary his Lordship Justice Niki Tobi and other papers will be presented by other eminent Nigerians on the topic connecting with father Law and how Christians can save Nigeria. However the organization which has shouldered the burden of humanity for the past seven years called on the Hon. Speaker for help in support of the forth coming conference requested for the release of two lands to the conference venue. Receiving the group the speaker welcome and thanked them for coming to intimate him of the forth coming program and commended the organization the grace and strength to continue in their work to humanity. The speaker Hon. Anietie Etuk promised to release a bus to the group and to assist them financially toward the hosting of the conference. Expressing gratitude to the speaker for granting them audience despite his busy schedule, Rev Dr Anietie  Eshiet pledge the group readiness to compliment government effort.
