…Tries Escape with Bed-sheet in Hand

As a foreigner, one would have expected a high level of morality, decency and discipline to be demonstrated by an expatriate. But in the case of a man simply called Mr. Orshong, a Chinese of C.C.E.C.C Company with a branch office in the state, the story is different.

It could be recalled, that about a month ago, the company (C.C.E.C.C) signed a contract of over 12million Naira with the state government for the construction of Uyo, Nung Udoe Road and, despite the volume of works to be done, a source in the company said Mr. Orshong who hardly stay at his duty post was always fun of going out in search of woman to satisfy himself sexually.

Last Saturday was an unfortunate day for him when he left to visit his sex partner (name with held) in her residence at Mbak road quite close to the School of Nursing, Annua in Uyo. Reporters say, on getting to the compound, Mr. Orshong discovered that his sex mate had traveled and on sighting the 13year old girl (name with held) who is the immediate younger sister of his sex partner, tried to lure the girl who persistently rejected Mr. Orshong’s maneuvers and turned down his request for fear that she might not offend her elder sister who usually dig the show with the expatriate.

A source close to the scene who pleaded anonymity disclosed that the 13 year old girl had reported Orshong to her father of his persistent sexual harassment in the family.

As it is often said, everyday for the thief, one day for the owner, on that fateful Saturday, Orshong bounced into the compound of the man with a strong determination to rape the 13 year old girl, the source added. According to the girl, Mr. Orshong bounced into her room without knocking at the door since as she put it, ”Mr Orshong knows my room”.

Century Newsfront investigation revealed that on arrival of police in the compound, Mr. Orshong was caught in the act by the police while on trying to escape the Police arrest he tried to run out of the house on sighting the police with bed sheet in his right hand.

Effort to speak with the project manager of the company proved abortive since most of the expertrates don’t understand English language and the project manager himself declined speaking with the press.

The police in Uyo confirmed the incident and confirmed that investigation into matter is on.
